New here to the forum so "hello" to all...
I made an order through the CBG website, and while my guitar shows Awaiting Shipment, I've made several attempts to find out the status of the order through the website, and emailing Cathy herself at the email address she gives on the site.... I would assume someone within the company would have responded but have got nothing back so far....
Is this normal?
